Step 1:  Do it right at home

There is no valid reason for skipping brushing or flossing.  If you want a pretty, healthy, white smile it needs to be kept clean.  This means spending at least 2 minutes brushing every morning and night, flossing at least once a day and cleaning your tongue!  There aren’t any shortcuts, but technology does make the job easier and more effective.  We recommend a sonic electric toothbrush like the Philips Sonicare or Curaprox Hydrosonic rather than a manual brush.  If flossing is too much work or your hands simply can’t do the job a Waterpik is a great alternative to conventional floss and this water flosser includes a tongue cleaner.  Visit I love my smile for these amazing goodies.  Definetely an investment in your oral health.

Step 2: Visit the dental hygienist routinely

Plaque, stains and tartar are best removed professionally by a dental hygienist. GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) is a unique, conservative, less painful, and more effective way to clean your teeth. Shorter chair time is a bonus. Worth doing at least every six months.

Step 3: Finish it all in a “Click”

Our Blanc One Click 10-minute in-chair whitening treatment can be done directly after your oral hygiene appointment. No sensitivity and a great way to maintain a white smile!
