- DO GET A BRUSH JUST FOR YOUR ORAL APPLIANCE
- DO PUT A TOWEL IN THE BASIN WHEN CLEANING YOUR ORAL APPLIANCE AS DROPPING IT ON A HARD SURFACE CAN REASULT IN BREAKAGE
- Don’t wear your dentures 24 hours a day
- DO LEAVE YOUR DENTURES OUT AT NIGHT SO THAT CLEANSING FUNCTION OF SALIVA CAN DO ITS JOB
- Don’t use bleach to clean your appliance & don’t boil it
- Do clean your oral appliance directly after removing it from your mouth and leave to rest in water in its case.
- Don’t leave your oral appliance lying around as pets love them. If not in your mouth, it belongs in a case.
