NEW PATIENT ESSENTIALS
What You Need to Know Before Scheduling Your Appointment:
- Accounts must be settled immediately after or before your appointment. We provide all the documentation you need to claim from your medical aid.
- Arrive 15 minutes early for administration purposes.
- Bring relevant documentation if referred by another practitioner.
- Oral hygiene appointments we recommend are obligatory to ensure the long-term success of your treatment.
- Dental treatments are guaranteed for a specific period if all aftercare instructions are followed (e.g., wearing a bite plate, attending follow-ups). Non-compliance with instructions may result in additional charges for further work.
